Where is Miami Ink Season 5……………?

Hey all you tattoo fans. Now that Miami Ink has not returned for a fifth season and there is no news about reviving the season, it’s high time we accept the fact that the series has been terminated. I know it’s really sad and heart breaking and you have no reason to let your hopes die down. But while surfing the net, I just came across a news article which just sort of confirmed my worst fears. It has been reported that the Miami Ink Tattoo Shop, where the episodes of the reality show were actually shot has been turned into a gift shop. Now if you don’t call that confirmation of the series being axed, I can’t imagine what else to say? It is so bad that the series has been ended so abruptly. The series which was the only of its kind was really doing well and in my opinion should have been renewed for a few more seasons at least.

I did not really start watching the show until it was well half of the first season. But I really liked the show after I saw its two or three episodes. It was just wonderful to watch the amazing artist create wonderful designs on the bodies of other people. The show started a new fashion trend amongst which was soon popular with every age and class of society. At the same time it revived the age old art of Tattooing. It makes me really sad to see that such a wonderful show has seen such an abrupt ending. But I really do hope that some day the creators will realize their mistake and the series will be revived. Till then let’s keep hoping!!
